‘Young Professionals’ Conference: Expanding Your Skillset

Railway Age’s second annual “Young Professionals” virtual conference will include concrete advice on how to expand your skills and grow your career in the freight and passenger rail industry.

Our 25 Under 40 program judge Nick Little, who is Director of Railway Education at Michigan State U., will talk with Nii Attoh-Okine, Ph.D., P.E., F. ASCE, Professor & Chair, Civil & Environmental Engineering, A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland; and Allan Zarembski, Professor and Director of the Railroad Engineering and Safety Program, University of Delaware in a session titled “Building Skills, Broadening Perspectives.”

These esteemed educators will discuss how their respective programs prepare candidates for a successful career in railroading, including undergraduate studies, graduate certificate programs, executive leadership training, digital technology research and more.
