Hatch and LTK reported merger negotiations on Oct. 1. Today, in announcing the merger's completion, they said: "By joining forces, together we are a premiere service provider for our clients and communities in the transportation business."

Hatch, LTK Complete Merger

Consulting firms Hatch and LTK Engineering Services have merged, with LTK joining Hatch’s global infrastructure team. The partnership “will provide a solid foundation to position Hatch as a top transportation solutions provider in North America and around the globe,” the companies said.

LTK’s work in the rail industry will complement Hatch’s work in transportation and logistics, urban solutions and water. Hatch is working on BART's communications-based train control project, among others.

Merger Talks for Hatch, LTK

Consulting firms Hatch and LTK Engineering Services are said to be in the final stages of “negotiating an integration” that “will create a powerhouse global service provider” for the infrastructure, energy and metals markets. A formal announcement is expected soon.
