UP Elects Finley to Board

Teresa Finley, Board Member, Union Pacific
Teresa Finley, a former United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) executive, has been elected to the Union Pacific (UP) Board of Directors.
Finley was most recently Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group (2019-21), following her retirement from UPS as Chief Marketing and Business Services Officer (2015-17). Also at UPS, she held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, CFO of UPS International, and Vice President of Investor Relations, as well as leadership roles in UPS business units.
Finley currently serves on the Board of Directors for TriMas Corporation, Pilot Freight Services and Assurance America Corporation.
