The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) teams with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services to expand rider assistance. Also, the province of British Columbia issues third request for qualifications for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension project in metro Vancouver; and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) launches Silver Line extension.

The new LIRR Concourse is scheduled to be substantially completed by March 2023. (MTA)

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) unveils first section of new 18-foot ceilings at Penn Station’s Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Concourse. Also, the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) debuts first Automated People
