Amtrak’s contracted Penn Station Partners have released renderings of the planned expansion of Baltimore Penn Station. Also, LA Metro selects Anser Advisory to oversee the development of the Sepulveda Transit Corridor (STC).
Amtrak has executed a Master Development Agreement with Penn Station Partners to redevelop and expand historic Baltimore Penn Station on the Northeast Corridor. Amtrak plans to contribute up to $90 million toward expansion and modernization.
Amtrak has selected Penn Station Partners to negotiate a master development deal for Baltimore Penn Station.
Amtrak continues on the public-private partnership (P3) path for Baltimore’s Penn Station. A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is in the works, seeking a Master Developer partnership for the station and adjacent properties. Amtrak expects to release the RFQ later this month.
