Registration deadline looms for InnoTrans 2012

Representatives of InnoTrans 2012 note the deadline for registering is Feb. 15, “only four weeks,” for the event, set on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds in Germany Sept. 18-21.
Judging by the applications that have already been received, in the ninth edition of InnoTrans there is significant expansion in all sectors of the trade fair. On the basis of the bookings already received the display area in the halls far exceeds that of InnoTrans 2010,” show organizer Messe Berlin said Tuesday.
“Asia accounts for a particularly large share of the exhibitors in this trade show, and by the start of this year companies from that continent had reserved some 40% more display space, compared with the last time that this event was held. There is also a stronger presence by companies from the United States. The interest being shown by the European rail industry in participating here remains as high as ever,” show sponsors said.
