According to the company, Peterson’s dedication to operational enhancements extends to her previous roles, notably as Director of Operations at Tennant, where she optimized performance in safety, quality, cost and culture across multiple locations.

“I am honored to join American Seating, a company with a rich legacy of innovation and commitment to excellence,” said Peterson. “I look forward to leveraging my expertise to drive operational excellence and further elevate the company’s market leadership.”
