Trackmobile, the manufacturer of bi-modal railcar movers, announced the expansion of its Herc-U-Lift, Inc. distributor to better serve Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and western Wisconsin.

Herc-U-Lift, which opened in 1968, is based in Maple Plain, Minn., and operates eight other service locations. The distributor represents a full offering of capital equipment sales, rental, parts, and service in the Midwest. It has been a Trackmobile distributor since 2000.

“Herc-U-Lift has a history of offering customer’s unmatched expertise, service, and support. It is because of this dedication that we felt the need to extend Herc-U-Lift’s area of service to our customers,” said Trackmobile President Ralph Przybysewski. Trackmobile, a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway company, is headquartered in LaGrange, Ga.
