New BART cars approved for operations

San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is set to introduce its first Fleet of the Future cars into passenger service within the next few days after the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) granted conditional approval for public use of the vehicles.

Mock-up of new Boston Orange Line car unveiled

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and MassDOT Secretary Stephanie Pollack visited the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) depot at Wellington on March 21 to view a mock up of the CRRC metro car for Boston’s Orange Line.
