Amsted Rail has earned Microsoft’s Use-Case of the Year recognition for manufacturing. Also, PowerRail is moving its aftermarket locomotive parts business to Exeter, Pa.; and seven U.S. transportation and logistics companies, including BNSF and the Port of Virginia, have partnered with ZEBOX to help support startups.

Bentley: New Officers, Infrastructure Awards, Microsoft Alliance

Bentley Systems, Inc., has hired three new executives for its infrastructure engineering software business and announced the honorees of its Year in Infrastructure 2020 Awards. Also, Bentley and Microsoft Corp. have expanded a strategic alliance focused on “advancing infrastructure for smart city urban planning and smart construction.”

Microsoft honors Bentley Systems

Bentley Systems has received one of 39 2018 Microsoft CityNext Partner of the Year awards “for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of user solutions based on Microsoft technology.” There were more than 2,600 entrants from 115 countries.
