Santiago metro Line 3 station contract awarded

Santiago Metro has awarded a joint venture of Arrigoni Engineering & Construction, Chile, and Strukton International a $US 49 million contract to construct stations on the new metro Line 3.

Chile mulls new Santiago – Valparaíso line

A study commissioned by Chilean State Railways (EFE) into the construction of a new rail link between Santiago and Valparaíso has concluded that one of the options under consideration would meet government investment criteria.
