STANLEY Infrastructure, RailPod Form Alliance

STANLEY Infrastructure and RailPod Inc. have teamed to connect STANLEY’s industrial tool and attachment customer base with RailPod’s track inspection technology.

RailPod vehicles can measure track geometry, rail wear, bridge and tunnel clearances, and catenary; detect rail flaws; and provide asset mapping for passenger, freight and transit systems.

The partnership “to support the global deployment of RailPod’s track inspection technology and related services will help us bring infrastructure owners and managers the ability to more precisely determine where capital dollars need to be spent,” said Brendan English, CEO of RailPod, which provides both hardware and software for the collection, processing and management of rail and infrastructure data.
