American Industrial Transport, Inc. (AITX) has appointed Vince Mantia and Terry Hicks as Account Managers for its Railcar Repair Services business.

For Mantia, this is a promotion from his previous position of Customer Service Supervisor. He has more than a decade of experience in technical quality assurance across AITX, Greenbrier, R&S Machining, and Patriot Machine, and is based in St. Charles, Mo.

Terry “Bruz” Hicks joined AITX after 20-plus years’ experience in technical sales and marketing for railcar services across repair, short line operations, storage, and full-service maintenance. This work includes more than 10 years in senior leadership roles at Appalachian Railcar Services and as a technical sales representative for Tyco Flow Control. Hicks is based out of Louisville, Ky.

Having Mantia and Hicks in these “two new positions ensure[s] that AITX customers—old and new—make the most out of AITX’s expanding repair network across full-service facilities, mobile operations, on-site dedicated solutions, and railcar storage,” the company said. “Bruz and Vince work directly with the individual plant managers across AITX’s 16 physical locations in North America.”
