Murtha will develop and manage TÜV Rheinland’s North American consulting, assessment, analysis, verification, validation, testing, and certification of ITS components and systems.
A 15-year veteran of ITS, Murtha comes to TÜV Rheinland from Kapsch TrafficCom of Washington D.C., where she served as principal associate for government relations and business development.
Newtown, Conn.-based TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. is part of TÜV Rheinland Group, headquartered in Cologne, Germany.
