Element Financial’s commercial finance business evolves to ECN Capital
Written by William C. Vantuono, Editor-in-ChiefEarlier this year, Element Financial Corporation announced that it will be separating into two independent public companies. The commercial finance business, encompassing rail, aviation and commercial & vendor finance, will be known as ECN Capital. The separation is expected to close on October 3, 2016.
With $6 billion in owned and managed assets in North America, ECN Capital says it will be focused on serving the commercial finance market with access to funding sources, leadership and specialized teams.
ECN Capital says to look for name, brand and email address changes shortly.
