Railway Supply Group Acquires Railroad Tools and Solutions

Railway Supply Group, a diverse family of supply companies that includes Industry-Railway Suppliers, Unity Railway Supply, Wichita Railway Services, IRECO and Davanac, recently announced that it has acquired Railroad Tools and Solutions (RRTS).

RRTS was founded in 2003 in Cincinnati by Wayne Cash and Bill Bear to service Class I, regional and short line railroads, as well as steel manufacturers, grain and paper mills, and several other industries. RRTS, the company says, has an established warehousing and distribution operation and a highly experienced customer service team led by RRTS President Wayne Cash. The company supplies quality rail products and components in the maintenance-of-way, railcar, locomotive, signaling and track safety arenas.

The Railway Supply Group of companies has served the railroad industry for well over half a century and supplies products and services that cater to all markets of the railroad industry, including maintenance-of-way, railcar, locomotive, signal and bridge departments throughout North America.
