REMSA Unveils 2020 Scholarship Program

REMSA announced its 2020 Undergraduate Scholarship Program. This year REMSA is awarding one President’s Scholarship in the amount of $7,500 as well as one $5,000 runner-up scholarship, and one individual scholarship at $2,500. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 29, 2020.

Simmons-Boardman Rail Group named Railway Interchange media partner

Railway Interchange, the largest exhibition and technical conference in North America, on Feb. 20 announced that Simmons-Boardman Rail Group, publisher of Railway Age, Railway Track & Structures (RT&S) and International Railway Journal (IRJ), is the official media partner for 2019. Railway Interchange is scheduled on Sunday, Sept. 22 through Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis, Minn.

Reynolds succeeds Wise at REMSA

Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA) President Bruce Wise is stepping down from his position at the association following his move to Georgetown Rail Equipment Company (GREX) as Director of Business Development. Alan Reynolds, President of Geismar North America and a nine-year REMSA board member, succeeds Wise as REMSA President.
