Engineering company Pandrol announced on April 5 that it has named Eran Gartner as CEO. He will join the Delachaux Group Executive Committee effective April 1.

Pandrol forges North American distributor partnerships

Pandrol, a global supplier of rail fastening systems and aluminothermic welding, has signed multi-year distributor partnership agreements with two Railway Supply Group companies: Chicago-based Industry-Railway Suppliers, Inc. (IRS), a leading U.S. distributor of rail track tools, abrasives and products for railway construction and maintenance; and Canadian railroad distributor Davanac, Inc.

The company says the move “enhances its commitment to the rail infrastructure market and comes as part of a strategic review to make the products and services more streamlined for customers and create a synergy from the combined strengths of its rail division businesses.”

Pandrol’s FASTCLIP FE fastening system has been chosen as the preferred fastening for a Trafikverket (TRV, Swedish Transport Administration) 20-year framework agreement with Swedish producers of concrete crossties.
