Bobby Bonds, Operation RedBlock founder, 1953-2015
Robert “Bobby” Bonds, 61, of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., founder of Operation RedBlock, the internationally recognized substance abuse prevention and intervention program for railroad employees, died at his home Oct. 29, 2015 of cancer.
