Servis Named Cando Rail & Terminals CFO

Owner and operator of first- and last-mile rail infrastructure Cando Rail & Terminals has announced that Nate Servis has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 26. Servis succeeds Rick Soenen, who is retiring.

Cando Completes Expansion of Sarnia Terminal

Cando Rail & Terminals announced June 20 that it has successfully completed the expansion of its Cando Sarnia Terminal, which the Canadian-based rail service provider purchased in the spring of 2021.

AIMCo Acquiring Cando Rail & Terminals

Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) of Canada will acquire a 100% equity stake in Cando Rail & Terminals Ltd. from TorQuest Partners (TorQuest), a Canadian private equity fund manager. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
