A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) has been released for Phase 1 of the Green Line Light Rail Transit project in Calgary. Also, Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) has launched a system-wide fare study and equity analysis; and the Vancouver City Council has endorsed the proposed route and station locations for the Millennium Line SkyTrain extension from Arbutus Street to the University of British Columbia.
Kevin Pruett and Jeffrey Stevens have been promoted to Senior Vice President roles at ENSCO. In addition, Darshpreet S. Bhatti has been named CEO of the Calgary (Alberta) Green Line Light Rail Transit project.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada on July 7 confirmed the government’s investment of C$1.53 billion (US$1.22 billion) for Calgary’s Green Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project, making good on the commitment that was announced in May 2018.
