Leggett to Serve as LTK’s Director of Zero-Emissions Planning

Dee Leggett has been hired as Director of Zero-Emissions Planning for LTK Engineering Services. In the new role, Leggett will aim to lead LTK’s efforts to support clients transitioning to zero-emissions vehicles.

Leggett, who worked as a Senior Consultant at LTK from 2014 to 2015, has 20 years of professional experience with expertise in bus and rail operations, business growth and development, project management, transportation operations and maintenance, and capital planning.

Leggett most recently worked as the chief operations officer at Bowman Engineering & Consulting where she managed business development strategy and identified new market opportunities. She has also served as a regional vice president at First Transit, Inc., and as chief operating officer of the Denton County Transportation Authority.

Leggett, who is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She is also a graduate of Leadership APTA, a professional development program offered by the American Public Transportation Association.
