KCS, UP execs highlight MARS winter meeting

Jose Guillermo Zozaya Delano, President and General Manager, KCS de Mexico, leads a slate of speakers addressing rail freight topics at The Midwest Association of Rail Shippers (MARS) 2018 Winter Meeting, Jan. 17-18 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center, Lombard, Ill.
The conference includes breakout sessions and expanded networking opportunities, with breakfast, lunch and an evening reception on Jan. 17, and a half-day, including breakfast, on Jan. 18.
Joing Delano on the agenda are: Tony Hatch, President, ABH Consulting;
- Mark Millett, President and Chief Executive Officer, Steel Dynamics, Inc.; Erik Starks, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, FTR Transportation Intelligence;
- Mark Van Cleave, Executive Vice President, Industrial Sales & Leasing, Trinity Rail;
- Beth Whited, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Union Pacific Railroad.
The six breakout sessions are: Railroading 101, Railroading 201, Intermodal 101, Railcar Fleet Management, and other rail freight topics. There is no charge for these seminars and it is not necessary to attend the conference to attend the seminar.
