Engineering company Pandrol announced on April 5 that it has named Eran Gartner as CEO. He will join the Delachaux Group Executive Committee effective April 1.

The company said the move comes as part of a reorganization of its senior leadership team, and Pandrol sees a role change for a number of its Executive Committee members. Mainly, current committee member Guy Talbourdet will now be fully devoted to his role as Delachaux Group CEO; Brian Forster will retire at the end of June; and Fabrice Seewald will be appointed Deputy CEO of Pandrol and will remain a Delachaux Group Executive Committee member.

Gartner joins Pandrol from Megalim Solar Power and brings more than 20 years of international rail engineering leadership experience in turnkey rail engineering, project management, services and sales. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

“The Pandrol Executive Committee was created to unify Delachaux Group rail infrastructure activities, an assignment which has been completed with all activities now united under the Pandrol brand,” Talbourdet said. “We welcome Eran to the business to lead the continued growth and success of Pandrol as a leading rail infrastructure solutions provider, focused on track safety, availability and lifetime value.”
