Fortistar, TruStar to discuss natural gas fuel at WasteExpo

Fortistar and TruStar Energy will both be attending the WasteExpo in Las Vegas, Nev., from May 6-9 to discuss renewable natural gas (RNG) with landfill owners, project developers and fleet owners.

The energy firms are hoping what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas this time, as they’re trying to spread the word about sustainable energy—mainly RNG and compressed natural gas (CNG).

On the heels of acquiring a pair of RNG facilities in Pennsylvania, White Plains, N.Y.-based Fortistar now “extracts methane from landfills and converts it to RNG, paving the way for a sustainable transportation fuel supply chain working with its affiliate, TruStar Energy.”
