Bowers Joins Hatch LTK

Donna Bowers has joined Hatch LTK as a Systems Consultant, based in Dallas.
Bowers, Chief Operating Officer of Rock Region Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO) for the past six years, brings 13 years of transit experience to Hatch LTK. At Rock Region METRO, the largest transit agency in Arkansas, she oversaw day-to-day logistics and operations projects, including the implementation of the METROtrack system app that provides commuters with real-time arrival information. Prior to joining Rock Region METRO, she spent six years with the Denton County Transportation Authority, where she served in multiple roles, including operations manager.
Bowers earned an undergraduate degree from Texas Woman’s University. She is a participant in the 2021 Leadership APTA class, a professional development program offered by the American Public Transportation Association.
