Jeffrey Bennett and Josh Lippy have joined Transportation Technology Center Inc. (TTCI) as Director of Business Development – Passenger and Emerging Technologies and Director of Business Development – North American Freight Railroads, respectively.

Prior to joining TTCI, Bennett led the District of Columbia Department of Transportation Transit Delivery Division as Head of Transit. Bennett’s experience in the industry spans roles as President of the Washington D.C. Chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) to Assistant Vice President of Rail Operations for Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA), Texas.

Josh Lippy joins TTCI with 13 years of experience in transportation including serving as Freight & Intermodal Rail Specialist at Navis, Director of Business Operations with RailcarRX, and as Director of Industry Relations with Railinc, which along with TTCI is an Association of American Railroads wholly owned subsidiary. “Lippy’s experience identifying appropriate services, communicating critical information, and providing insight on innovative solutions to railroads and key stakeholders in freight rail will bolster TTCI’s already robust relationships and trust with its customers and partners in North American freight rail,” the company said.

“TTCI is building a bright future by strengthening industry relationships and supporting freight, transit and emerging technologies with proven experience and ingenuity,” said Acting TTCI President Kari Gonzales. “We welcome Jeffrey and Josh, and we look forward to each of them leading conversations to advance the safety, reliability and efficiency of the rail industry.”
