LTK Engineering Services announced a series of promotions to its management team.

James Dietz has been named Vice-President, Vehicle Engineering. He will oversee the hiring, growth, and development of all of LTK’s vehicle engineers, and work with the company’s regional managers. Dietz most recently led the Rail Vehicle Electrical Engineering group.

To support Dietz in the Rail Vehicle Practice, LTK tabbed Jim Herzog as Manager, Mechanical Engineering; Nicholas Zeolla as Manager, Structural Engineering, and Alex Gutman as Manager, Electrical Engineering. In addition, Bill Downs, Manager, Vehicle Quality Assurance, will also report to Dietz.

Herzog as a project manager has worked with clients across the country.

Zeolla has worked closely with the LTK structural engineering team on a variety of projects in the New York area. Gutman previously was a vehicle electrical engineer.

Downs has been part of LTK’s Quality Assurance Program for 31 years, and has led the group for 13 years. While his position is unchanged, he and his team will now become an integral part of the Vehicle Engineering Practice.

“By making this change, we recognize that our vehicle practice includes more than one-third of our employees and continues to grow,” said Dominic DiBrito, president of LTK, based in Ambler, Pa. “LTK will benefit by this expansion of our leadership structure. These individuals have distinguished themselves through outstanding work, and their efforts have contributed strongly to our growth and success. We are pleased that we can recognize their performance through these promotions.”
