Zander Appointed Executive Director, VeriPhase

Harry Zander, former TrinityRail Senior Vice President, has been named Executive Director-Strategic Market Development for Birmingham, Ala.-based VeriPhase.
VeriPhase provides Automated Detection Technology® (ADT) software platforms for weld inspection in rail tank car fabrication and maintenance.
A 30-year freight rail industry veteran, Zander has held senior positions at ECN, Macquarie Rail and Mitsui Rail. He also has a long history of industry leadership, including serving as Chair of the Railway Supply Group; President of the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers; Chair of the Railway Supply Institute’s Equipment Leasing Committee; and Board Chair for La Casa Norte, a social justice nonprofit in Chicago.
Zander holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Master’s of Finance from Insead-Fontainebleau/Singapore.
