AllTranstek Expands Pro Staff by Four

David Campbell, Ed Rugh, Jason Ankeny and Michael Shirley have joined North American third-party, non-asset-based rail fleet management provider AllTranstek LLC’s professional staff.

Campbell, NDT Services and ASNT Level III Consultant, has 30 years of NDE/Welding experience and began his career in railcar manufacturing. His background includes railcar manufacturing, power generation and department of transportation infrastructure. He has an extensive NDE and Welding background and holds ASNT Level III certification in Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Visual Testing (VT).

Rugh, Inspection Team, started his railcar career with Rescar in 1983 and worked his way up to Plant Manger position in Elk Mills, Md. He has worked with Baker Inspection Services and American Railcar Industries, and was a Rail Maintenance Specialist with LyondellBasell. Most recently, he worked for EMS Management, Houston.

Ankeny, Fleet Management, has been in the rail industry since 2007. He has held a number of positions including Cleaning/Valve Supervisor, QA Manager, Customer Service Manager, Plant Manager and Regional General Manager. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Lean Systems Certification. 

Shirley, Railroad Damage Services, has a degree in Civil Engineering and 27 years of rail experience. He has been aWarehouse Supervisor, a Purchasing Assistant/National Contract Assistant, AAR Billing Clerk, AAR Billing Coordinator and System Support Assistant.

“The collective experience of our newest members will be a valuable resource to our current clients and a selling point for potential clients,” said AllTranstek President Jeff Wilson. “Conventional wisdom told us to hunker down for the time being, but that wouldn’t be in keeping with our company mission. We owe it to our customers to be the most knowledgeable experts in the industry. Dave, Ed, Jason and Michael are surely that.”
