TRAC Earns BNSF Logistics’ Top Honors

The award recognizes TRAC’s “strategic support” of BNSF Logistics’ Intermodal and Drayage product lines in 2020. TRAC also helped the wholly owned subsidiary of BNSF to “navigate the chassis positioning landscape across markets.”
TRAC’s efforts included “securing equipment for cargo moves; assisting with the necessary requirements, authorizations and billing processes with these moves; and providing support across a number of other areas,” according to TRAC President and CEO Daniel Walsh.
“We’re proud of the sense of urgency, collaboration and commitment our team demonstrated for BNSF, putting the customer first during this challenging period,” Walsh said. TRAC noted that second-half 2020 included “record import volumes impacting the flow of goods at just about every U.S. port,” which impacted chassis and other equipment availability at many locations.
