OmniTRAX appoints a Vice President of Business Strategy. Also, the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) welcomes a new Senior Accountant, and FourKites bolsters its management team with a Chief Strategy Officer and a Vice President of Global Customer Success.

OmniTRAX

At OmniTRAX, Lucy Grasso has been promoted to Vice President of Business Strategy, leading internal business strategy and ESG initiatives for the transportation, industrial development and logistics company. She will continue to manage OmniTRAX’s Network Operations Center.

Grasso, a 2019 Railway Age Women in Rail honoree, joined OmniTRAX in 2016. She has managed the company’s right-of-way real estate portfolio and continuous improvement and operations strategy; and served as an interim safety responsibility lead and a team lead for the Network Operations Center.

“Lucy has demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify opportunities that make us stronger and collaboratively engage stakeholders,” said Sergio Sabatini, President and Chief Operating Officer of OmniTRAX, an affiliate of The Broe Group. “She’s been an integral part of our senior operations team and this expanded role leverages her strengths.”

ASLRRA

At ASLRRA, Alexis Kudlak is the new Senior Accountant, responsible for revenue and dues processing, payables, and departmental budgeting. She joins the association with expertise in financial reporting and experience working in both the corporate and small business environments, including the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) financial reporting team and Paulding & Associates, P.C.

Kudlak holds a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Studies from Liberty University.

FourKites

At FourKites, Fabrizio (“Fab”) Brasca has been elevated to Chief Strategy Officer and Rebecca Nerad has been hired as Vice President of Global Customer Success.

The company’s supply chain visibility platform, FourKites®, is said to extend “visibility beyond transportation into yards, warehouses, stores and beyond,” and to track more than three million shipments daily across rail, road, ocean, air, parcel and last mile, reaching more than 200 countries and territories.

Brasca joined FourKites in 2022 as EVP, Industry and Market Strategy. Now, as Chief Strategy Officer, he will continue to lead the company’s Industry teams and take on expanded responsibilities, including the strategy for FourKites’ Global Alliances division and leadership of the customer value engineering and pre-sales functions.

Nerad has 20-plus years of experience in the supply chain industry. She has held customer success roles for companies such as i2 Technologies, JDA Software and Bristlecone. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Customer Success at e2open. At FourKites, Nerad and her team will focus on building strong relationships and driving value with customers as FourKites expands.

“Fab has played a pivotal role in establishing FourKites’ Industry team and building a vertical go-to-market strategy,” FourKites founder and CEO Mathew Elenjickal said. “His industry knowledge and partnership with customers will serve him well as he helps FourKites develop and execute its strategy more broadly.

“And Rebecca is a remarkable talent and a great fit for our culture, where we pride ourselves on true partnership with our customers. I look forward to working with both of them, as we continue toward our goal of helping customers achieve 100% visibility everywhere.”
