L.B. Foster Changes Up Its Global Rail Team

Greg Lippard, L.B. Foster's new Vice President — Rail.

Rail infrastructure company L.B. Foster recently announced a slew of changes to its global Rail team. Most notably, Greg Lippard is now Vice President — Rail.

In addition to retaining Rail Distribution, Allegheny Rail Products (ARP) and Transit Products P&L responsibilities and all North American sales responsibilities, Lippard will add P&L responsibilities for the company’s global Friction Management business and R&D and engineering activities. Lippard will continue to report to John Kasel, Senior Vice President, Rail and Construction.

In addition, the following assignments were made to L.B. Foster’s global Rail business:

Peter Jones, Managing Director, Europe, is being promoted to Vice President, Global Technology and Managing Director, Europe and will continue to report to Kasel.

Steve Fletcher, Director, Global Friction Management, is being promoted to Vice President — Global Friction Management and will report to Lippard.

Jason Bowlin is being promoted to Vice President – Rail Products and will report to Lippard. Bowlin will manage the Rail Distribution, Allegheny Rail Products and Transit Products businesses.

Patrick Tully is being promoted to Senior Director, Rail Sales, and will be responsible for all North American sales and customer service functions. Tully will report to Lippard.

Sid Shue, Director Rail, will assume operational responsibility for the company’s Pueblo, Colo., plant and ARP production at the Niles, Ohio, facility, reporting to Bowlin. Additionally, Shue will have P&L and operational responsibility for Track Components manufacturing in St. Jean, Quebec, Canada.

Craig Davis, GM Rail Distribution, will assume operational responsibility for the Columbia City, Ind., yard and welded train fleet and report to Bowlin.

Sarah McBrayer is being promoted to Assistant General Manager, Transit Products and will report to Bowlin.

Jen Rohr is being promoted to Director, Technical Sales and will report to Tully.

Rich Burnside, Director Supply Chain, in addition to his Rail supply duties, will assume indirect purchasing for L.B. Foster, continuing to report to Kasel. He will retain operational responsibilities of the company’s Salient Systems operation in Dublin, Ohio, and Friction Management products manufacturing at Niles, Ohio.
