CSX-served industrial park seeks tenants

A South Florida industrial park to be served by CSX has competed Phase I of development and is actively seeking commercial tenants.

Skyfarm Strategic Capital issued a Notice of Completion for Phase One development at its 100-acre project site in Indiantown, known as the Florida Commerce Park.

Phase One of the project, along Beeline Highway in Martin County, consisted of site work including grading, roads, water, sewer, irrigation, master drainage, electrical, fiber optic and conservation set-asides.

The company said Phase Two covers vertical development of up to 1.3 million square feet of warehouse/ industrial facilities.

The site, along CSX tracks, includes a 4000-foot siding. A four-lane highway connects the site to the Florida Turnpike, I-95 and the Port of Palm Beach, all within a 30-minute drive.
