Mosseri joins Parsons as VP and New York region Business Development Manager

Parsons announced that Gill Mosseri recently joined the corporation as Vice President and New York Region Business Development Manager for its Infrastructure business unit (BU).

The Infrastructure BU provides full-service engineering and management services in the aviation, rail and transit, transportation-related systems, and bridge and tunnel markets. In this role, Mr. Mosseri will develop and implement sales strategies and business initiatives to expand Parsons’ portfolio of projects in New York.

Mr. Mosseri has more than 20 years of experience in civil/transportation engineering, business development, and management. He has worked with a variety of Parsons’ public sector customers, including the New York City Department of Transportation, the New York City Department of Design and Construction, the New York State Department of Transportation, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Mr. Mosseri has served as Principal-in-Charge/Project Manager for multiple large-scale surface transportation and transit projects, including the Henry Hudson Bridge reconstruction of toll plazas and southbound approach, the Brooklyn Bridge Franklin D Roosevelt Drive approach ramps project, the Bruckner-Sheridan Expressways interchange environmental impact study, the New York City Select Bus Service program, and the Staten Island Expressway traffic operations study and conceptual design project.

Mr. Mosseri is a registered professional traffic operation engineer as well as a registered professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, and Michigan. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in business administration from New York University. He is a member of numerous engineering associations, including the New York and New Jersey chapters of the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
