Raptor® Tank Cleaning Systems/Twin State Environmental has been selected to design, engineer and supply the resin hopper railcar cleaning system for the acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) plant at INEOS Styrolution’s new plant.

In March 2017, INEOS Styrolution announced plans to increase production capacity of ASA in the U.S. This includes the construction of a new 100-kta capacity ASA plant at its Bayport, Texas, plant site, which will be the first new plant constructed by INEOS Styrolution since its founding in 2011.

The Raptor® Tank Cleaning Systems/Twin State Environmental designed and engineered hopper car washing and drying system is “capable of washing and drying all four compartments at the same time. This state-of-the-art system utilizes Raptor® automation and technology, allowing it to be operated safely by a single attendant.”
