Marsh, who has held the role since 2012, will remain at AAR to assist with the transition until his retirement on March 1, 2022.

Hedrick served previously as CFO of the Endocrine Society, where he led the organization’s strategic, capital budget and information technology planning processes. Before joining the Society in 2010, Hedrick served as Controller for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which represents nearly 2 million organized workers in the health care, public services and property services sectors. He also held financial management positions at Corvis Corporation, Verizon Communications and Seafarers Benefits Plan.

“Over the past 20-plus years, Paul Hedrick has honed a unique financial and information technologies skill set from his service to the Endocrine Society, SEIU and other important organizations,” AAR President and CEO Ian Jefferies said. “We are thrilled to welcome him aboard and confident his work will bring immense value to both AAR and the rail industry.”
