Canadian Pacific and Teamsters Canada Rail Conference-Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (TCRC-RCTC) have reported reaching a tentative three-year agreement.

TCRC-RCTC represents about 300 rail traffic controllers in Canada.

“I want to congratulate the TCRC-RCTC and CP’s negotiating team on this successful outcome,” said Keith Creel, CP President and CEO and Railway Age’s 2021 Railroader of the Year. “This is positive news for these important members of our CP family, who are integral to our safe and efficient operation.”

“We believe this tentative agreement is in the best interests of our members, and look forward to its successful ratification,” TCRC-RCTC General Chair Jason Bailey added.
