Basuel, Bruhnke Join LRW Board

Wi-Tronix LLC User Experience Manager Patricia Basuel and RailPros Vice President Training Erika Bruhnke have joined the League of Railway Women (LRW) Board of Directors as Events Chair and Director-at-Large, respectively.
With a background in branding, marketing and design, Basuel will be leading the five-day LRW Virtual Annual Conference, to be held Oct. 19-23. She takes over from Janet Hoang of Canadian Pacific. Bruhnke will oversee development of the LRW mentorship program.
“As our organization continues to transform, having a diverse board that represents and engages the interests of our membership is a priority,” said Amanda Trainor Patrick, President of LRW—which is one of the five Coordinated Mechanical Associations supported by the Railway Supply Institute (RSI)—and Vice President, Trade Shows & Board Relations for RSI. “We are so grateful to Patricia, Erika and Janet for their enthusiasm, knowledge and focus in helping fulfill our purpose of connecting and cultivating women in rail.”
