Engineering Vet Alisesky Heads to Urban

Urban Engineers recently hired engineering veteran Mark Alisesky, P.E., as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Marketer for rail and transit.

He joins the firm with more than 28 years of engineering experience and a proven track record of developing staff and creating relationships within the industry.

At Urban, Alisesky will be responsible for leading the Mid-Atlantic region marketing for the firm’s rail and transit practice. He has previously served as a national rail and transit market leader and regional service leader. He has led a virtual national team of railroad and transit professionals throughout the entire pipeline of the project delivery process from planning, design, program management and construction services, and has extensive experience managing open end type contracts, specifically through Amtrak, PennDOT, SEPTA and other rail clients.

Alisesky earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and his master’s degree of engineering, transportation engineering and management from Pennsylvania State University.
