Construction is under way on BNSF’s new Logistics Center Hudson, located approximately 25 miles north of Denver International Airport and 30 miles northeast of downtown Denver, and “designed to help customers reach Denver and its surrounding markets via rail-served sites in an easy fashion.” BNSF announced the new center concurrently with a rebranding of its logistics subsidiary, BNSF Logistics LLC.

Logistics Center Hudson is a 430-acre facility featuring 15 sites for carload rail freight customers, and a site for unit-train customers. “The available sites are customizable to customers’ needs,” BNSF said. “Logistics Center Hudson offers unrestricted access to a high-population growth area where the industrial market continues to strengthen.”

“Establishing logistics centers, including the one in Hudson, is the latest way we are working to make sure new, existing and potential customers who want to locate on rail in a densely populated, growing industrial market have the option to do so,” said Colby Tanner, BNSF Assistant Vice President Economic Development. “By purchasing and developing land in advance, we can help our customers save time and money when they are looking to expand or relocate their facility.”

“The Town of Hudson is thrilled to have entered into a long-term relationship with BNSF,” said Hudson Town Manager Guy Patterson. “This logistics center is not only important to Hudson but it now makes the town an important regional center. BNSF has been tremendous to work with, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.”

BNSF Logistics, LLC is undergoing a major rebranding effort it says “includes a renewed purpose to deliver what matters to its people, customers, carriers, and the communities it serves” and features a complete redesign of the company’s promotional video, logo, and website.

The new look, the company said, “embraces bold, fresh colors balanced with simple graphics and iconography. The website has been completely overhauled to simplify navigation, streamline resources and provide a better user experience while also highlighting the new brand assets.”

“We’ve had a tremendous year of transformational growth,” said BNSF Logistics President Dan Curtis. “Connecting our customers to the best people, resources, tools, and carriers has been at the core of our business since its inception. In 2018, we started on a journey to make BNSF Logistics an even better place to work for our people. Additionally, we’ve been creating technology solutions and tools that increase visibility into our customers’ supply chains and automate cumbersome administrative processes. We are growing and adapting with our customers’ needs, connecting dots for them that have never been connected.

“Updating our brand was the logical next step to reflect those profound changes. I love our new look. I think it’s bold, clean, and is a significant change for our company. In addition to our logo and website, we also created a new brand story video that does an awesome job of encapsulating our purpose and emphasizing the promise and power of BNSF Logistics.”
