HDR’s Infinity Loop Earns National Award

A revolutionary track design to stage and process more trains more efficiently through loading and unloading terminals was recognized at The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Engineering Excellence Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., on May 7, 2019. ACEC’s Grand Award was given to Omaha-based HDR, Inc., for its patent-pending Infinity Loop.

BNSF Logistics: New Denver center, rebranding

Construction is under way on BNSF’s new Logistics Center Hudson, located approximately 25 miles north of Denver International Airport and 30 miles northeast of downtown Denver, and “designed to help customers reach Denver and its surrounding markets via rail-served sites in an easy fashion.” BNSF announced the new center concurrently with a rebranding of its logistics subsidiary, BNSF Logistics LLC.
