1 Priority Environmental Services, Earth Services & Abatement (ESA) and Snyder Environmental & Construction have come together to form EIS (Environmental Infrastructure Solutions) Holdings, LLC, described as “an environmental and infrastructure services platform that performs abatement, decontamination, remediation, demolition and other environmental services.

1 Priority and ESA initially merged in January to form EIS Holdings. With the addition of Snyder, the company is now “a top three abatement firm in the country and a leading remediation and specialty infrastructure services firm, with more than $70 million in revenue, 550 employees and 16 offices serving the Southern, South Central, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the U.S.,” the three said in a joint statement. “Snyder is the premier provider of environmental abatement and remediation services throughout the South-Central U.S., particularly Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee. All management, operating personnel and teams will remain in place under the new platform.”

“Snyder has a phenomenal reputation in the abatement industry, and brings significant scale and geographic diversity to EIS,” said Gary Caldwell, CEO of EIS Holdings. “Joe Carter and Justin Dixon have built a rock-solid company, and we are looking forward to helping them continue to serve their clients. We are excited to have Joe and Justin on our team.”

“When 1 Priority and ESA merged in January, we set out to build the strongest national platform focused on environmental abatement and remediation services, with an emphasis on infrastructure. Snyder Environmental, the dominant player in the regions it serves, deeply strengthens our ability to serve a national customer base,” noted Kory Mitchell, Co-President of ESA.

“Joining Gary Caldwell, Rob Odom, Kory Mitchell and the impressive teams at both 1 Priority and ESA was my primary motivation for this deal,” said Joe Carter, CEO of Snyder Environmental. “Snyder’s safety- and quality-first mentality is a mindset shared by the 1 Priority and ESA organizations, and we are now able to bring that shared philosophy to a national scale.  We see incredible growth in the EIS platform, and are excited to help bring that together.”

Since 2001, Snyder Environmental has provided remediation of environmental problems including toxic abatement and removal. Headquartered in North Little Rock, Ark., with offices in Tulsa, Okla., Dallas, Tex., and Bentonville, Ark., the company specializes in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, dust control and lead paint removal throughout the South-Central U.S.
