The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) develop demanding quality assurance models against which businesses can be audited and certified by an independent third party.

"Our ISO 9001:2008 quality management system addresses design, installation, project management, and quality," says NYAB President Mike Hawthorne. "ISO certification supports our customers' ability and confidence in using the new technologies developed at Train Dynamic Systems (TDS). Prior to this effort, TDS followed ISO under the NYAB umbrella but in recognition of TDS' growth and focus on safety critical systems, we decided TDS should have an independent certification."
