The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading NYCT's agency-wide effort to implement Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), a cornerstone of NYCT's and MTA's strategic vision to increase operational efficiency and maximize value for its customers. This role demands effective oversight, executive decision-making, coordination of projects and their inter-dependencies, and the mitigation of risks and issues as they arise.
