Knorr-Bremse to acquire Selectron Systems AG Braking systems supplier Knorr-Bremse has signed an agreement to acquire Selectron Systems AG of Lyss, Switzerland, a supplier of train control technology. Through this acquisition, Knorr-Bremse said it is “expanding its portfolio to include components and solutions for the automation of rail vehicles.” The acquisition remains subject to approval by anti-trust authorities.
