Secor served as president of Jeffersonville, Ind.-based Louisville & Indiana Railroad since its formation in 1994. He previously was president of the Otter Tail Valley Railroad and held marketing and operating positions with the Chicago Central & Pacific, Illinois Central, and Rock Island railroads.
Stolzman, the new LIRC president, joined Wilmington, Calif.-based Pacific Harbor Line in 2005 and has been president since May 2010. He is also president of Gulf Coast Switching Co., LLC. His prior railroad career included management positions with Chicago & North Western and Union Pacific railroads as well as CANAC, the former industrial switching arm of Canadian National Railway Co. Before that, he was a career officer in the U.S. Army.
Cliatt, the new PHL president, joined PHL in 2010 as vice president. His previous railroad experience includes operating department positions at Union Pacific and regional vice president of CANAC. He also served as director of safety and training at CMC Railroad. Prior to his railroad career, he served as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces Command.
