Description: Marc Train Service (Maryland Transit Administration-MTA) is seeking to fill these new weekend service positions which are responsible for inspecting Marc stations, assisting the Chief Transportation Officer during operation incidents,
monitoring equipment, schedules and crew. Full time positions. Will work Saturday and Sunday, other days to be determined. Requires Bachelor`s degree and five (5) years experience working at a major mass transit carrier or railroad. Equipment Inspector

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA), Marc Train Service, is seeking to fill the position of Equipment Inspector. Position is responsible for ensuring that daily inspections, testing and preventative maintenance procedures are performed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of administrative or professional work. One (1) year the experience must have involved one of the following: supervision of other employees, overseeing and coordinating the general operation of a unit, applying regulations, or exercising responsibility for the development of policies and procedures.
